The Cuba High School staff has selected Sadie Arnett as the February Senior of the Month. For this honor, she will receive a fifty-dollar gift card from program sponsor MidAmerica National Bank.
Arnett is the daughter of Bobby and Sarah Arnett of Cuba, Illinois. While in high school, she has been a member of the volleyball, basketball and softball teams, yearbook, FCCLA, National Honor Society, and Student Council. She has also served as class secretary. Her future plans include attending Spoon River College before transferring to Illinois Central College to become a sonographer in a hospital.
Seniors of the Month are selected for their academic performance as well as their leadership and citizenship qualities.
