Due to the predicted possibility of severe weather, the time for the 8th grade promotion ceremony has been changed to 6:30. 8th grade students should arrive at the MHS by 5:45. Please contact the MHS office at 785-7122 with any questions or concerns.
We will collect all student devices tomorrow for the Middle & High school. Chargers will not be turned in this year. Students will keep their chargers for the next (2024-25) school year.

Unfortunately is was a rough day on the diamond for both the Miners & the Wildcats...The LVC baseball team falls vs Macomb to end the year at 23-4 & the NFW softball team falls to Fulton to finish 14-5-1. Busy day on the diamonds today as the NFW HS Softball team has their final home game @ 4:30 in Fairview vs BPC, there will be a senior ceremony prior to the game to celebrate the senior class Thank you seniors & good luck Cats! In Cuba the LVC baseball team will take on Beardstown at 4:30 in their final home game of the season as well. Good luck Miners! Regionals begin next week for both teams who have had very nice seasons!
The LVC Jr. High Track team wrapped up their regular season this week. The boys and girls teams recorded many personal bests and won numerous awards.
The LVC 8th Grade girls were Little Prairieland Conference Champions, Jimmy Newell Memorial Invitational Champions, and Ingersoll Invitational Champs.
The LVC 7th Grade girls were Big 5 Conference Champions, Little Prairieland Conference Champions, Jimmy Newell Memorial Invitational Champions, Fulton County Champions, and Ingersoll Invite Champs.
