This week in NFW & LVC Athletics
The City of Cuba will be giving each CUSD#3 student a free armband voucher for the Soldier's and Sailor's Reunion which is Sept. 19-21, 2024 on the Cuba Square.
The City of Cuba is asking parents to pick up the vouchers on either Tuesday, Sept. 17th or Wednesday, Sept. 18th at the Cuba City Hall from 4-7 pm each night.

Shout out to the LVC HS Golf teams for a successful last 2 days at WeeMaTuk! On Wednesday the boys placed 2nd & Drake Hanson was the medalist! On Thursday the boys placed 2nd again & the girls placed 1st! Led by top 3 Macy Eeten, Isabelle Bonney, and Myah Brenner. Way to go Miners!

CHS Iron Man Volleyball Tournament
The Cuba High School Student Council will kick off Homecoming week by hosting its annual Iron Man Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, September 21 at 6:00 pm. The event will feature three matches. The first match will be between the juniors and the freshmen. The second match of the evening will be played by the seniors and the sophomores. These will be followed by a championship match to cap off the evening.
Following the second match, this year’s Homecoming royalty will be announced. Admission to the event will cost $1 for students and $2 for adults. Please come join the fun and help us kick-off Homecoming week 2024!
